Eastleigh is a friendly and welcoming town with a
safe
town centre that provides a large selection of national
retailers
and a range of unique independent traders. There are
many places to eat and drink and enjoy
cultural experiences.
Eastleigh is meeting the challenge of competing towns,
out of town shopping and leisure activities. It is a
town continuing to adapt to changing trends and is improving with
an enhanced retail offer in the town centre, first step being
the enlargement of the the Swan Shopping Centre.
Eastleigh also offers an excellent Shopmobility, located
in the Swan Centre, Wells Place.
Whilst you are
in Eastleigh you are encouraged to visit The Point; The Point is Eastleigh
Borough Council's venue based in the town centre presenting
theatre, dance, film and light entertainment.
It
is rapidly becoming a leading arts venue in the south east
The Leisure extension to
the Swan Centre, offers a 9 screen
cinema, a twenty lane bowling alley as well as restaurants, all
right in the heart of the Eastleigh.
Eastleigh is easily accessed by
car, rail and bus and has over 1200 parking spaces in the town centre, making
Eastleigh the ideal shopping centre for those quick purchases or a
more leisurely shop.

other key players meet regularly to ensure that the town keeps
moving forward.
