All Eastleigh Council Town Centre car parks
(except the Swan Centre roof top car park)
and some streets operate on a Pay and
Display system.
The Swan Centre roof top car park operates
a Pay-on-Foot System. Take the ticket at
the entry barrier and retain this. Pay for your
parking at one of the pay stations before
returning to your vehicle. Charges apply 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
There is no free parking for Blue Badge
holders in the Swan Centre roof top car park.
Entry to the Swan Centre’s roof top car park is from the Southampton Road roundabout only. Blenheim Road is the car park’s only exit point. There is no free parking for Blue Badge holders in the Swan Centre root-top car park.
Blue Badge holders have the benefit of free parking at the other town car parks where pay and display parking operates.
The Wells Place car park is located beside Tesco at ground level and below the cinema/bowling complex. Both entry and exit to this car park is from the Southampton Road roundabout. The Wells Place (ground level) car park is not pay on foot parking and operates as a pay and display car park.
