We have started on the process of creating a new highly accessible business location near to Eastleigh town centre. Eastleigh has in the past, been famous for its heavy rail engineering and the closure of the rail works has provided an opportunity for major regeneration. We have brought together the under-used rail lands with existing business parks and greenfield land north of Southampton Airport to create the largest area available for business redevelopment in South Hampshire. When complete, it could provide up to 9,000 jobs.
